1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop by consumers and businesses.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor to their independent professional activity.
An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.
These Terms and Conditions also apply to future business relationships with entrepreneurs without us having to refer to them again.
2. Contractual Partner, Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to place an order.
A binding contract is only concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email or by shipping the goods.
3. Prices and Payment Terms
All prices are in Euro including statutory VAT
plus shipping costs.
Payments can be made using the following methods:
PayPal
Instant bank transfer
Apple Pay
Google Pay
Credit card
The purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.
4. Shipping and Delivery Conditions
Delivery is exclusively made by GLS within Germany.
The shipping duration is usually up to 14 working days, unless
otherwise stated in the product description.
For custom-made products, the delivery time may be extended accordingly –
in this case, we will inform you individually by email.
Shipping costs are shown separately during the ordering process.
5. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
Consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal according to our
cancellation policy.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the delivery of goods that are made to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs (e.g., custom-made curtain rods).
6. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
For entrepreneurs, we retain ownership of the goods until all claims from the current business relationship have been settled in full.
7. Complaints and Warranty
Complaints can be made within 30 days of receiving the goods.

The statutory warranty period for consumers is 2 years.
For entrepreneurs, a warranty period of 12 months from delivery applies.
Excluded from the warranty are defects caused by improper use, mechanical damage, or natural wear and tear.
8. Dispute Resolution
The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS platform):

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
9. Final Provisions
German law applies to contracts with entrepreneurs, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
If the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from contractual relationships is our registered office.
