delivery address
Delivery will be made to the delivery address specified by the buyer during the ordering process.
Shipping costs
- Within Germany: Free shipping for curtain rods, individual shipping costs for all home accessories
- Within the EU: Additional shipping costs apply. The exact costs depend on the destination country and will be displayed during the ordering process.

delivery time
Depending on the product, delivery usually takes 7–14 Werktage business days after order confirmation, unless otherwise specified.
Liability and transfer of risk
Once the goods have been handed over to the buyer by the shipping service provider, the risk of loss or damage is transferred to the buyer.
Goods receipt and inspection
The buyer is obliged to carefully inspect the shipment upon delivery. Any damage must be reported immediately to both the shipping service provider and the seller.
