1.1 Withdrawal Period
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.
1.2 Withdrawal Procedure
To exercise the right of withdrawal, please inform us by email at palima.designshop@gmail.com with a clear statement about your decision to withdraw from the contract.
Please provide the following information:
First and Last Name
Order Number
Order Date
If applicable, your bank account details for the refund (if not refundable via the original payment method)
1.3 Return of Goods
The goods must be returned immediately, but no later than 14 days after the withdrawal, to the following address:

The goods must be in their original condition – unused, undamaged, and preferably in the original packaging.
1.4 Return Costs
You as the buyer bear the costs for returning the goods, unless otherwise agreed with us.
1.5 Refund
After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will refund all payments we have received from you – including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our standard delivery).
The refund will be processed using the payment method used for the order or, upon request, by bank transfer.
The refund will be made within 14 days after we receive the goods.
